Got text car was ready. Went to pick it up it was not ready already took rental back and was without ride to work. When picked up car my gas tank was empty ran out of gas they did not even tell me!

I feel like i had more of an attitude that none wanted to do anything.. I was given excuses instead of lets see what we can fo..lemme help you..lets fix this..instead all i got was no's..heres what were not going to do...we cant do this we cant do that..well were not going to do anything..we dont have time...but i had an apt..also just made me feel bad that i dont want to use this location anymore..i didtn feel comfortable when i left...they wanted to argure with me and tell me how im wrong..

They did a good Job on the repair after the accident. It feels and looks like nothing happened. What i really like is the constant open communication and updates of the repair. As well as the service of being able to leave the enterprise rental vehicle to them when i picked up my car.
