Concours Autobody is a Ford certified body shop. A Bronco was brought in for a front bumper alignment issue. I was told the bumper can only be adjusted laterally and no horizontal adjustment can be made. Vehicle was then taken to another Ford certified body shop Sierra Collision in Carson City. They were able to adjust the bumper without any issue.

#1: Was quoted one price for repair and when I came to pick up the car the price had increased by about $500. I never received a call indicating the price had changed. #2: There is a circular ring on my windshield from when it was roped. I assume I have to use acetone or something to remove it.

The lady who worked with us was nice. She reduced the price slightly after we complained that we were never notified of a price increase and she was apologetic.

Customer service was top notch. Each person I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I was given options on the repair and an explanation of the repair process. My schedule was accommodated outside of the shop’s operating hours. I was treated like a special friend and not just another customer. My car was polished inside and out, and when I picked up the car, I was given detailed instructions on the care that the new paint requires. A special touch - the heat was turned on to take the chill off the interior. Genuine customer service.
