I would recommend Concours Body Shop, especially because of the excellent customer service. However, I would definitely mention that more attention should be given to the final finishing, installation, and securing of parts before the vehicle is returned to the customer.

Dear Concours Body Shop Team, Thank you for reaching out. Overall, I am very satisfied with the paintwork. The paint quality looks excellent, and I have no concerns regarding that part of the repair. However, I do have a few concerns regarding the final assembly and finishing: * There is a plastic piece underneath the tailgate area that is loose/falling down. * There is also a wiring clip in the tailgate area that does not appear to be properly secured. * I am still hearing an unusual noise that was not present before the repair. * The window tint that was installed also developed an issue. I understand that it has a lifetime warranty, but I wanted to mention it as part of the overall finishing concerns. I previously returned to the shop regarding the noise. One of the technicians believed it was coming from the panoramic roof and demonstrated this by hitting/tapping the roof several times. His coworker eventually asked him to stop hitting the roof. I did not want to create an issue at the time, so I simply said everything was fine and left. However, I am confident that the noise I am referring to was not present before the repair. I also appreciate that the owner/manager personally came with me to inspect the vehicle and listen to the noises. Some of the concerns were checked, but one of the noises is still present and no further action was taken regarding it. I understand that I could be mistaken and that the roof noise may be normal, but I do not believe it is. It is also possible that the sound is related to one of the pieces or clips not being properly secured. I am currently very busy with my university schedule, which is why I have not had the opportunity to bring the vehicle back yet. Once I have some availability, I plan to stop by so the team can see these items directly. Again, the paintwork itself was excellent. My concerns are mainly with the final assembly, securing of some components, and the remaining noise. Best regards, Ali Al Khoori

They did a really great job. Staff is friendly and efficient. They truly are there to help the customer and not just side with the insurance company. Heather and Shelby were awesome! And the guys that did the work are top rate pros!!
