I had an amazing experience with Shane and Buddy at Concours Auto. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to get my car taken care of the right way. Not only did they do high-quality work and get my car looking and driving like new again, they handled everything with a great attitude. They looked out for me throughout the entire process, especially when it came to dealing with the insurance adjuster of the person who hit me. They even drove me to pick up my rental car. Truly above and beyond. They made sure I was treated fairly; it’s rare to find a shop that cares this much. Not just about the work, but about the customer too. Highly recommend Shane and Buddy at Concours Auto. Would and will recommend everyone to use them. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely have your back. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

Great, fast service, personable, professional, and very knowledgeable staff. They were able to fix my car quickly after a moderate collision. I have used them several times, and always have gone back, this is, unfortunately, the fourth time I have used them. They are great, and I highly recommend them.
