Only issue I’d report is being notified via my cars app that my windows were being left down over the weekend and doors constantly unlocked during the process. I was unsure if my vehicle was kept in doors or outside.

Alex was very helpful calling me with updates about my car as it was being repaired. He was professional and friendly and made the fact that my car was damaged a little less painful. He was thorough and detailed with information about my car. Jessica was equally helpful and patient passing on info about my car when Alex was busy.
