I had the pleasure of working with Staci who was amazing! She was super sweet and accommodating. I loved her positive attitude. But more importantly, I didn’t know how to remove my car seat from my car and she sat in the heat trying to figure it out for me. She also helped me move over my things and watch out for anything I may have overlooked. Great customer service!

This experience was exceptional. My collision rep Becca, kept me thoroughly updated about the work process each day The front desk staff offered transportation home and back to pick up my car.
