Amazing work! They were courteous and kind. The best service I have received anywhere. I’m bad with names, please forgive me if I get her name wrong but the front receptionist Allison was amazing and made sure to take care of me. She called enterprise and communicated with them for me and even provided a free uber to get there when there was an issue in enterprise’s end. Josh Satterwhite, my mechanic was even more amazing. He genuinely cared about my situation with my insurance and listen to my concerns about my situation. He took time out of his day to talk to me and took my issues seriously. When there were issues with my insurance’s payout he did everything he could to help me . He is such an amazing person and the one of the only few people that has been a genuine pleasure to meet through my whole process with my car accident.

Having Chad in charge of my vehicle at Texas Collision was the best experience I have ever had. He is exceptional and kept me informed of the progress of my repairs. I will always call on Chad if I ever have any future needs for my vehicle and I also highly recommend Texas Collision. This was the best experience I’ve ever had when it comes to going to an auto repair shop. They have a very organized system and communicate with you along the way where you can track any updates on the status of your vehicle and are upfront about what work will need to be done. Mr. Ron was very nice and explained the entire process thoroughly when I dropped off my car. I also like how they partner with nearby car rental companies where they will coordinate dropping you off to the rental place. As well as coordinate the dropping off of the rental to turn in, when you pick up your fixed vehicle. My vehicle was completely fixed and looks brand new. They also provided a complimentary car wash. 10/10 the best experience ever! Will recommend.
