My insurance company recommended Texas Collision Center as I needed a repair from a wreck I was involved in. From the first contact, I felt like I was in good hands. The team was professional, decisive, and kept me updated through the process of the repair and helped to coordinate my rental car through the process.I knew exactly the timeframe of when I could expect my car back as they kept me in the loop with daily updates.They did a great job installing a whole new hatchback door on the back of my 2015 Ford escape as well as some bumper work and redid the paint as well. I highly recommend the center on Industrial in McKinney TX and plan on using them for any repairs I should need in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Daniel was excellent! He kept me updated throughout the process, and the vehicle was finished when he said so! It looks like a brand new car! I will be sure and let my friends know to come to Texas Collision Centers if they have an incident with their car as well. You can tell it is a family business because all the staff is really nice.
