The initial interaction was a little bit rocky. Eventhough the whole process took a while with the insurance company with all the back-and-forth, in the end I was happy that Scotty came through and got my 26HRV back to pristine condition, if not better than the original condition from the factory!

Scotty and the staff at the front desk were first class from the moment I walked in to the day I got my car back, good as new. Dealing with insurance is a beating but Scotty and his team went all out to make sure it was all taken care of and he even took his time to explain the process. He answered the phone after hours when I had questions and went all out with his excellent communication throughout the process. Great job all around

Helpful and friendly (called Enterprise for me, communicated with Geico for me). Would have preferred a little more proactive communication regarding when the repair would be done, but ultimately not a huge issue
