The V of my volvo logo came loose right after I picked up and reached home when I noticed it. I guess, all the work they did on the tail light and vibration made it come loose. But they could have paid attention to detail and affixed it properly.. i decided to not take it back out of inconvenience and also not sure of they would agree to fix it.. Also, they insisted on collecting payment on the phone as their systems in Wylie and Plano are different.. I was uncomfortable divulging credit card info on the phone, almost thought it was a spam.
