Haley was kind and knowledgeable. She was responsive and always kept me in the loop. I felt well informed every step of the way. We even got our car back two weeks earlier than originally expected. We were very happy. Our vehicle looks great. We would definitely use Caliber again.

Definitely would. 1 incident doesn't define you. But checks need to be put in place so it doesn't happen again.

When your told the vehicle is ready for p/u & then you show up & the door trims are laying on the front dash & back seat instead of on the doors themselves. I would say the vehicle is Not ready for p/u & someone didn't review the check list
