During an already stressful situation, their team made the entire process as easy and reassuring as possible. One of the things we appreciated most was their communication. They kept us very informed throughout every step of the process, so we always knew exactly where things stood. If there were any delays or changes to the timeline, they communicated those to us promptly and clearly. We were never left wondering what was happening or having to constantly call for updates, which made such a huge difference. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer our questions and made us feel like they truly cared about our experience. What stood out the most was the level of care and customer service. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares about the people they are helping, not just the vehicle in front of them. This was my first experience at Crash Champions and I am very impressed. The communication was great from what to expect for the estimate/dealing with insurance to the repair timeline. The staff was friendly and I even noticed a few door dings around the vehicle that had been touched up as well, proof that the staff looked around at the entire vehicle to provide the best service!
