Loved coming to Harvey's. So nice & easy. I loved that you coordinated with Enterprise & I could drop off & pick up my car easily. I loved being able to pick how often I was notified of the repair & estimate of timing for completion. And I loved how good & clean my car looked when I picked it up. Highly recommend.

Overall service was very good. The front desk person was polite and profesional. The time to repair the car was exactly the time expected. The repair was very well done, it was left one small scratch, is not noticiable from the far, but I can see it from close. I’m glad over all, I can sleep weel with it. I drive my car daily, so its not worth it to go back to the shop.

Mark, August, Brandon, and the entire team at Harvey’s Collision Center were absolutely wonderful to work with. Everyone was professional, friendly, very welcoming and great about communicating throughout the entire process. I really appreciated getting regular updates without being bombarded with texts multiple times a day. They actually completed the repair six days ahead of schedule, which was such a pleasant surprise. And when I picked up my vehicle, I honestly couldn’t believe how good it looked. It looked like I had just driven it off the showroom floor. The exterior and interior were both meticulously detailed, and you would never know the vehicle had ever been in an accident. I couldn’t be happier with the work or the experience. Mark and the entire Harvey’s team really went above and beyond. I highly recommend Harvey’s Collision Center in Allen!
