The Caliber Collision team did an excellent job repairing my car. My car looks brand new! The repair was done a day before it was estimated, so I was excited to see my car after the repairs. I was amazed how wonderful my car looked. The Caliber team especially Aris was very informative and friendly keeping me up to date with the repairs and also answering all my questions. I also like to mention the team also made the whole process easy such as getting a rental and dealing with the insurance. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs a reliable auto body shop!

This is the second time Lavar has helped me when I’ve brought my car to Caliber Collision. He is knowledgeable and helpful. He calls an Uber ride when I need one, and that is such a nice service. He keeps me informed about the repair. When I brought my car in on Tuesday night, I was hoping it would be repaired by Friday. I picked it up today (Friday), and the repair was finished. It looks like new again! I will bring my car to Caliber Collision again if my car needs repair work. Thank you.

Ken, the Service Advisor, did a wonderful job - from beginning to end. Kept me updated daily as to progress. And he was a great advocate to ensure everything was moving along well. Also, the GM, Chad was very personable and went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with everything. Great work, great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to bring another car here to be worked on.

Unfortunately, this was the second time I had collision repair done in the past 6 months. The first time was at the Old Newman and 423 location. Both times, I couldn't have asked for the experience and the quality of the work to have been better. Caliber also went above and beyond with their flawless connection to State Farm and to Enterprise. They took all the hassle out of what could have been a very frustrating time. Highly recommend...
