My Experience

I had a fender bender literally in a parking lot. I was told by Geico to find a Geico approved body shop. I found Caliber Collision which is close to where I live. Deja at the front desk was warm, professional, then meeting Maddie who was the person assigned to my case was knowledgeable, empathic, efficient and more. I decided to have new headlights put on my 2009 Lexus RX350 while it was there. The whole process was easy and my car looks amazing. Instead of buying a new car, a thing I was considering, I decided to keep my car. I will use Caliber Collision if I need any repair in the future.

This was my first time using this facility! I absolutely enjoyed the service here from start to finish. I really appreciate everyone at this location due to their friendly energy as well as thorough follow through to the final product. I hopefully wouldn’t need to come back too soon but if I had to that’s fine.

Super cool staff! I am actually only rating 9 because I was quite frustrated the first day and I felt a bit misunderstood in my explanation of which location I would choose for repairs.
