We had our vehicle repaired of hail damage about a year ago. The headliner had began to sag near the driver door. Upon closer inspection there's also damage to the headliner itself. I took the vehicle back into Caliber and met with Casey. Though he was not at that location when the initial work was done he worked with me to prepare the damage from the previous visit. Casey was patient and top-notch in regards to customer service. While it wasn't ideal to have to return for additional repairs Casey made the process as smooth as possible.

They did a great job and really worked hard to help us out as Allstate was not easy to work with and didn’t want to pay for the damage caused by their insured. Caliber had to resubmit the claim multiple times. It was quite a hassle for the Caliber team but they got it done.
