Chris was great, but the person who gets the cars ready by washing them did a horrible job . Left light scratches and water spots on car I could have done a better job and hard to. Believe the type of work that was done by him . I have to buy compound to get the scratches out the person washing the card left - not sure if he ran it through a car wash or used a brush to wash it . Again, Chris did a great job .

The work when it was completed was fine but the six week delay, poor communication, calls not returned, long hold times reflect poorly on this location. One good one was a young man named Jeff but he transferred during my repair

My vehicle was recently repaired by Caliber Collision after a minor accident, and from my very first interaction with them, my experience was nothing but professional. The receptionist and Jeff were both very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle and made sure I knew what to expect along the way. When I picked up my vehicle, Jeff took the time to explain the repairs that were completed and, most importantly, shared that the replacement parts used were purchased directly from a Ford dealership rather than aftermarket parts. That really made me feel good and gave me additional confidence in the quality of the repairs. Knowing that my vehicle was not repaired at a Ford dealership but still received genuine manufacturer parts meant a lot to me. I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail I received from the entire team. Thank you, Caliber Collision, for making what could have been a stressful experience a smooth and positive one!
