Using the CarWise communication system caused issues because it was saying my vehicle would be ready earlier than it actually was. The shop did call me to clarify and they were very professional in clearing up the misunderstanding which I greatly appreciated. However the situation did cause more inconvenience for me because I was seeing that my car was on schedule to finish days sooner than the actual date.
