The first mitre team was fantastic! I felt completely informed of every step of the process. I felt comfortable asking questions and had every one answered completely comprehensively. My service coordinator and the ladies at the main desk made me feel like family, like a VIP, and I felt at ease knowing that such respectful, caring people were taking care of me and my vehicle.
