The team was friendly, and efficient worked in a timely manner that I did not have to have the loaner car too long. The McKeesport location had my car for 3 weeks, which seemed way too long, and during those 3 weeks they only called me twice (after I complained about the lack of communication and to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup) to update me. I had to call them for updates, though they said they’d reach out every couple of days to let me know about the progress. They never explain to me in detail what needed to be fixed. When I picked up my vehicle, a part of the right back panel that they fixed was slightly protruding (unlike the other side). They said it was because of the manual that they followed to install it. I did not at all appreciate the amount of time they took to fix my vehicle, the lack of communication throughout those 3 weeks, or the fact that my vehicle now has a slight blemish. I will not be returning for service or recommending anyone to take their vehicle there for service.
