Our service was great a 10/10. Sorry we did not reply sooner we ended up going on vacation. But I would highly recommend going to caliber especially the north hills location. He was great to work with, and always kept us updated

The quality was well. Wish the color matched better, but that's just the coating that didn't show up as well as the rest of the vehicle. But they did very well otherwise. Some of the parts felt like plastic compared to the metal it felt like before

The work was done in the estimated time. It looks beautiful - just like the original car. I was also pleased the interior was detailed - smelled like a new car. Let's not forget Josh the service advisor. He kept me updated 2 times a week just like he said. Very pleased with Caliber.

This is a very professional organization. They treated me with tremendous respect. When I was late getting to my first appointment they couldn't have been nicer about it. They kept me up to date on the process and when there was a delay in getting the bumper, they called to tell me why this would take longer before I could get my Kia back. I dropped off the car I rented from Enterprise at Caliber and they took care of returning it.

I was extremely satisfied with my service. The line of communication was excellent - I received updates throughout the entire process. My car was completed much faster than the original estimate.
