Caliber did an excellent job. Initially I was unaware that this service location existed. However, now that I've experienced their quality of work, I would highly recommend them, to others. Convenient location. Excellent location and business relationship for obtaining and returning the rental car. Excellent coordination with my vehicle insurance company. The service employees, (Bonnie, Kayla and Michelle), were all very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The Service Advisor, Kevin Buckner, was very professional, courteous and thorough. I appreciated the frequent text updates, regarding my vehicle's status. And, I was highly satisfied with the quality of work, on my vehicle. Almost looked brand new. Although the circumstances which led me to Caliber were unpleasant, the outcome of the vehicle repairs, was a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Techs did a fine job. Repairs looked seamless. Vehicle looked almost brand new. My only regret was that I did not take the time to personally extend a "job well done", to the techs, themselves - the folks working behind the scenes, (who we typically do not see), who did the repairs. I would have liked to shake their hands and tell them "thank you", also. Car was cleaned inside and out and the repairs, as I said earlier, were seamless. Looking at the vehicle now, you would never know the vehicle had ever been damaged.

I found everyone at Caliber Collision to be courteous, soft-spoken, and genuinely eager to help. I would especially like to recognize my service advisor, Makayla Doran, who was assigned to my vehicle throughout the repair process. Makayla is exceptionally thorough and attentive. She patiently listened as I walked her through every detail of the accident, the visible damage, and all of my concerns. She then conducted a careful initial inspection to identify not only the obvious damage but also any potential hidden issues that could have resulted from the collision. One quality I appreciated most about Makayla was her ability to explain complicated mechanical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language. As someone who is not familiar with automotive mechanics, I found this incredibly helpful. She made sure I understood what was wrong with my car, why certain repairs were necessary, and how they would restore the vehicle to a safe condition. Another aspect that stood out about Makayla and Caliber Collision as a whole was their excellent communication. They kept me informed throughout the repair process with timely email and text updates, and they also coordinated directly with my insurance company. This meant I had very little to worry about, as Makayla and her team handled everything professionally and efficiently. I was equally impressed by the reception staff, who were knowledgeable about the status of every vehicle in the shop and always ready to answer my questions. Their coordination and consistency reflected the strong teamwork and customer-focused culture at Caliber Collision. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations. From the quality of the repairs to the professionalism, communication, and customer service, the entire team made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably smooth.
