The customer service was polite. There were not many exchanges I called to check the status and Dave told me to call him back a couple of days later. He gave me the pick up date. So whole procedure was good.

I am so impressed with Conley's auto body. I was updated many times to tell me the progress of my Honda, after my accident. He dealt with State Farm which was so wonderful. I had less anxiety from this. I am frustrated that I have forgotten the technician's name but he was so pleasant to talk to. Even when my insurance rental car agreement expired, he paid for the next two days! I will always recommend Conleys to everyone. A+ rating!

This was 3rd time we had work done over a few years. Every time including this recent visit the workmanship result was excellent. No redos no complaint. Both wife and I have a more critical eye than most and we both were very satisfied. To top it off the car was completed ahead of schedule.
