I have recommended this shop to many people after my last repair with Conley's several years ago. I don't think I will do so in the future. The work is good and the staff is very friendly but it feels unorganized, and that's a major problem for busy people.

The main repair is fine. It looks like they burned my clear coat a little trying to buff out a deep scratch though. They didn't charge me for that so I can't complain.

I was told I would receive updates, I didn't receive one unless I called in to ask. The timeline kept pushing out. I was told 3 different times my vehicle would be ready on "X" day only to not receive a call after that day came and went. I understand there were difficulties with parts and staff being sick, and weather but a little communication goes a long way. End result is I had to pay hundreds to the rental car company for going over the estimated rental duration.
