I would have liked getting a phone call or text on the status of my repair so as to know how long it was taking. I understood why it took so long but I would have liked to be aware

Completely satisfied with repair work.. The people in the office not as welcoming as many other repair shops I’ve been to. Received no’thank you for choosing Conley’s ‘ or anything like that. Not as warmly greeted as others. When I was looking online for places to get my car fixed , what caught my eye was that the claim that it is a smaller shop that treats you like family, that was one of the reasons I chose them. I definitely didn’t get that feel. They were not rude by any means, but not overly friendly, either. Person on phone giving me updates on our car was very nice!

Grill took forever to come in they said...even though they got 7 in the one guy in the office said...they ended up using one of them for my truck because I was there. It did not seem like I was going to get a call anytime soon from them...they realized the 180 days was almost up on the claim and fast tracked me...6 months is a long time to wait...they did do some extra cleaning and put my window visor back on free of charge. They're really good at repair work. My only complaint is the long wait.
