Professional but didn’t call me proactively with update when there was a delay for completion of my car. I had to call to check if my car was ready and was told it would not be for at least another day.

Dave C is the main reason I have my cars repaired at CAB. I’ve worked with him prior to his move to CAB and he has always provided great customer service and ensures I am updated every step of the way. CAB does a great job with repairs, highly recommend!

However it took twice as long as estimated, and there was NO communication regarding this change. I left voicemails and never received a callback. I had to physically stop by the office just to get an update.

Customer service is absolutely the worst!! They have 0 communication and they do cheap and mediocre job. The paint work was bad and the repair too! They NEVER return calls and NOBODY knows what is going on.
