Interactions with everyone were very good, however, getting updates on the status of parts receipt, work progress, etc. could have been better (I had to initiate all update communications).

I got a text message stating my car was finished and ready for pickup. When calling Conleys they stated that the text messages were just sent out due to the insurance and that my car will not be ready for another 2 days. It takes time out of my time and out of my work schedule to go and pick the car up for them to tell me it’s not even ready.

I really like the repairs on my vehicle, the employees were also very nice. However, I kept receiving text messages stating my car would be done on a certain day so I arranged to go to pick the vehicle up- once we called to let them know we were coming they said “no your vehicle isn’t ready it won’t be ready until Wednesday.” I have no problem at all with the work on the car they did an AMAZING job I was just slightly frustrated when the car wasn’t ready even though I received a text message stating it was.

Very satisfied with the work that was done it took a little longer then I expected and did have a small issue with grill alignment but it was taken care of immediately. There was still issues after all work was done.But you were very accommodating in picking up the car and taking it to the dealer for further evaluation and work. Thanks
