Everyone was very pleasant and easy to work with. I didn’t mind the series of delays that sprang up, as I understand things like that happen, but definitely would have appreciated a bit more active communication as for the reasons for the delays, rather than me having to call a day or two after the speculative finish date only to be told it will now be even longer.
