The repairs were excellent. This started as a $2000 repair and ended up at $7000. I did not approve the increase. Don’t know if insurance did. I felt that the car would not be worth much more than $2000. It would thus be an write off.

Took care of everything that they said they would and explained the details of how they handle additional items they may find

Personable but not ‘over the top’. Actually pointed out to me that the ceramic coating that was applied a couple of years earlier was also covered. Went on to instruct me how to do that and took care of the paperwork.
