The only thing I wish would have been done differently, is having the final paperwork sent to me. I picked up the keys on my way to an appointment so she said the paperwork would be mailed. Unfortunately the paperwork was left on my window underneath my wiper. I was not happy about this seeing as there was personal information within the envelope that anyone would have access to but other than that the experience was wonderful. I would still use them again.

The lady at the front desk is rude and angry. I would never recommend anyone I know to do business with these people. They don't complete work; they are just all-around terrible to deal with, and I would stay very far away. I will also leave a review on Google to help warn others about the shady business

The car interior has a strong paint smell, which gives me a headache. Don’t know why it has it since it shouldn’t have been any paint inside of the car. Also, the replacement light fixture for the car has a scratched lens. Upon further inspection , I also noticed that the fog light on the right side is not working now. Don’t know if it was disconnected as a result of the light replacement work, but it was working properly before bringing it to the shop.

I didn’t know about the status of the car after I had been advised that it would be ready early in the week and that I would be called when ready. Then, after I followed up, it was then that I got called back to give me additional details.
