I was lied to a bunch of times when it came to my van. I was told it would be $155 an hour for labor and it would take 2.5 hours. Then I was told they do a special pricing for 2.5 hours that’s $187 all together. I asked multiple times it’s only $187 for all the labor and was told yes. Then once my van was done I seen it was almost $500 for labor?? I asked if they had any discounts going on right now and they told me yes look online for the alignment. The price is usually was $120. The discount online was $119.95. How embarrassing is that. Why even offer a coupon???? I will never use this Honda dealership again. Also if coil springs keep breaking in Honda vans then those parts should be available for other mechanics to purchase. You jack those prices up because you know you are the only company who sells those.
