I had to cancel my drop off day, due to family issues. They said no problem, bring it in next day. I know as a previous business woman, they had schedules to run with, but they accommodated me graciously. Plus I was getting texts that I had to return my loaner, and my vehicle was not ready. The lady who answers the phone, and sets up all appointments, was pleasant and positive with guiding me where to go to straighten the problem out.

Good body work. Bad clean up. A plastic piece on my roof was left improperly placed which has me worried for the seal. Also dust was left inside the car leaving harm to my 4 kids. This is not acceptable.
