I dropped my ford off at conns after hitting a deer and they took the upmost care of it. They were extremely accommodating and patient as they had to hold onto my car after it was finished as we were on vacation. When I picked up the vehicle I spotted a few tweaks that needed done and they were on it immediately and made it look brand new again. Even my interior was clean at pick up. Super impressed with the care I received from them.

From start to finish, I felt that my concerns were genuinely heard and well taken care of. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround and the quality of the work. Casey kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I knew about any changes or updates along the way. The best part is that you would never know my bumper had been crumpled and the rear hatch had a dent. The paint match was absolutely expert level—the repairs look fantastic! When I picked up my car, it had even been swept out and smelled nice, which was such a thoughtful finishing touch. Thank you, Conn’s, for an amazing job and for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and pleasant!
