Conrads Autobody is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community since 1987. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners.

Chris has been outstanding in his customer service! Paula is my sister and I live out of state. She needed my assistance in arranging the repair on her car. Chris was pleasant, professional and very informative. He was incredibly helpful to me in arranging and then later rescheduling her repair appointment. He even arranged to have Enterprise pick Paula up at Conrads and overall was wonderful to work with throughout this process. While we hope we won't need car repairs in the future, if we do, we will be contacting Conrads.

Car had an estimate date of a few days. Scheduled a time where we would be on vacation and therefore did not need the rental car. Made the mistake of saying we would be leaving it for the week. Car was not ready when we returned from vacation. Infact took 2 separate trips to waterville the next 2 days to pick up Car and each day was told it would be ready the following day. So the car was in there for a week and a half and I had no transportation and wasted gas for 3 extra days trying to hitch rides with ppl going into town. All to be told I would have additional fees that the insurance company would not pickup from services they'd done. An accident that wasn't even my fault and they wanted me to fork over extra funds. Not sure WHY the insurance has them for a fully warranty facility if they aren't willing to cover 100% of what they bill. Im atleast happy they took off the extra charge so I didn't have to cover their extra charges. (Passenger door replacement was what was being fixed for time reference.)
