The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. A special thank you to Shell, who was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She was friendly, responsive, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Her excellent communication and genuine care for customers truly stood out.

Everyone was very considerate and even went out their way for us. We were treated like family instead of just another customer. The Service Manager Dan kept us in the Loop with the repairs and even went out his way to go above what we expected from them. In making sure that we were satisfied and happy with everything. If we were needing a Collison Center God forbid again I wouldn't hesitate to take our vehicle to Conway Collison Center in Conway, SC.

Front camera in car now does not operate properly. Having to drive to Columbia at a later date for Tesla to repair. Front windshield camera was operating correctly on the trip to your location for body repair

I have a Ford Fusion Energi, Titanium Trim. The car was brought to the Collision Center for repairs. On the surface, the repair appeared to be very nice. I don’t think that the electrical plug socket was tested before being released, since it was very close to the impact point. At such, cannot charge the car with electricity. Thus, the quality of repairs are incomplete.
