Auto body shop staff and communications were excellent. Ashley kept me informed right to the end when Dan reviewed my car services. I especially liked receiving texts that updated me every day. My car is back home with me thanks to their wonderful service.

Danny Faiella and Danny Faiella Jr. were absolutely incredible!!! They were decent and intensely skilled and knowledgeable and took care of my husband in South Carolina and me in New York at the same time! I cannot explain the comfort that these men gave to us! I would so highly recommend Conway Ford Collision and I will recommend Conway Ford Collision in the future!!! Our gratitude is great!!! Also… I would like to give a special shout out to Felicia and Ashley, who made sure that when the situation needed to be dealt with in a timely matter, they made sure that Danny and his dad got whatever information was necessary. My husband and I will thank all of you forever! A lot of couples live part-time in South Carolina and part time in New York, and it could be extremely stressful and because of the people that I just mentioned they made it incredibly seamless. Everyone was extremely nice and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was stress-free. I could not have asked for a better group of people to deal with. Everyone I met greeted me with a Hello and we had tons of laughs. A very refreshing experience!!! I highly recommend Conway Ford Collision
