Nothing wrong with the work done on my Escape. BUT someone there lost part of my key ring. It was sentimental to me because it was a symble that said "REBEL". The school in WV where I worked was named Ritchie County Rebels.So I wasn't happy when I saw it was missing.

Although when I came to pick it up someone forgot to reattach the plastic under carriage part and my tent had been messed up in one of my glasses. They quickly fixed the oversight and the other repairs looked great

The whole process was horrible. When we went to pick up truck after being repaired, the work was awful. The paint was not blended at all, there was overspray on multiple areas, they had failed to order one of the parts and replace. We left the truck to be fixed. When we went back to pick up the second time, it was still not correct, there was still a dent under one of the emblems, emblem had been broken, overspray still in multiple spots, sanding scratches, etc. We picked up truck for the weekend with the understanding we would bring back on Monday. After getting home, we also realized they didnt properly put the door back together so it came unlatched and would not stay closed. Took truck back on Monday to make repairs again. We then picked it up on Wedneaday and still are not completely satisfied. There is still some overspray and the inside of the truck was filthy from them standing. They had "supposedly " cleaned it but had not. I would not recommend them for any repair wirk
