Hooked up my trailer to my truck the other day, the piece you hook truck trailer light to was loose it came off they replaced the exhaust on one side, now one side is shiny and new and the other side isn’t and it stick out wasn’t really happy they told me they would make I’m happy before and I’m not especially because somebody didn’t put were I hook up to trailer on right

The reason I give a one is because my husband‘s truck had a dent in the hood and we were not made aware of that which is very disappointing so I no longer trust cowboy heating to do repairs

This was my husband‘s truck that was in the repair shop from hitting a deer. what Conway fix looked excellent, but on the top of his hood, there was a dent that dent was not there when we brought it to Conway for repair. All I did was picked up my husband‘s truck drove it home parked it in my driveway my husband came from Work as he works out of town that’s why I had to pick it, he looked at the truck that Saturday morning when he got home he’s the one that noticed the dent in his hood we called Conway and the gentleman on the phone said we would have to contact and bring the truck back up to the body shop when they opened on Monday, which is possible because my husband works out of town, who that gentleman was I don’t know, but I asked for the body shop he said the body shop was closed, he seemed of no concern that I said, my husband’s hood had a dent after him getting home and noticed it, we would probably never use Conway for repairs again. The reason being somebody knew that they put a dent in the hood of my husband’s truck. Whether it could’ve been who washed it, a repair person, but they could’ve been honest and admitted that they put a dent in the hood, but we were never told about the dent that my husband just happened to see.

The body shop personnel, which was Michael was great. The only thing is we are irritated that we were not told that there was a dent put in my husband’s hood while it was there at the repair shop.

I’ve heard a lot of negative things about Conway. Now that I’ve experienced them myself. Sorry but I would not recommend.

Not very happy that extra damage was done to my vehicle while in your possession. Which resulted in me making another trip to receive a part. The upper internal passenger quarter panel. That I have to install myself. My gas cap was also ripped off. It was new. No one wanted to mention that.
