The hatch/rear door was replaced and it is fine. The rear camera was not replaced according to the body shop manager. Which is fine. But it had to be removed from the old door and put in the replacement door. Before the repair, the camera worked fine. Since we have got the vehicle back there is a lot of snow in the camera view. It not that noticeable in the day but at night, it is bad. It almost renders the camera as useless. All the other repairs and sensors is great. The camera issue is the only negative part of the repair. The shop manager stated that it is old and probably going bad, which might be true. The only thing I know is the snow in the camera wasn’t there before the repair.
