The people were great and the car looks brand new. It’s just that almost 5 weeks seemed a bit much. They were gracious enough to provide a rental car after the insurance rental timed out. Would go there again due to the results they provided and their kindness and understanding

The person who rear ended me had Farm Bureau insurance. The appraisers did their best to intimidate me. They bad mouthed Cookeville Collision Center saying they do shoddy work. Not true. CCC is an approved Nissan repair Center. Farm Bureau wanted to total my car which had only 24k and pay me 25k. I paid 40k for a Nissan Mutano. CCC said it was repairable with only cosmetic repair needed. Just drove it to Houston Tx and it drives perfectly just like a new car. I went through my own insurance company Allstate who agreed with CCC that it could be repaired,
