I believe you all should have let the BMW dealership take care of the codes etc that would have stopped all the delays . But good people there so had no chance of getting mad. Thank so much

Work is perfect, but so much delays and that caused so much of an inconvenience. Using BMW is always better than a 3rd party which never worked eventually ended up with BMW dealership.

The car itself looks great - but the communication throughout the process didn’t happen unless we called for updates. We were told it’d take 2 weeks, it took 3. We understand things come up but again, we would have liked communication from the staff rather than us having to call for updates.
