Every vehicle that I damage or somebody damages for me . there will be no other place that I will allow to work on my cars. cook’s and paint body has always took care of me. And I’m a person that will fight with my insurance company to make sure that cook and paint and body is the one that does the work on my vehicles and pick my vehicles up. I am so satisfied with them.

We were told our car was ready to be picked up and when we went to pick it up, there was a piece of dirt under the clear coat that was bubbling up and it was very noticeable. They forgot to put the letters with the model name back on the car, and the sides of the bumper were very rough and needed to be sanded.

The front desk staff were also helpful but the repair staff never apologized for not having our car ready when we were told it was ready. Excuses were made as to why the bumper was messed up. Also, the inside of our windshield looked like someone spilled something inside of it which wasn’t there when the car was delivered.
