Satisfied just one issue noted upon picking up my truck. Noticed 2 bumper braces had not been replaced or even put back on. After waiting 2 weeks for the brackets "ordered". I called and nothing had been done at all. Supposed to order that day "Jacob" supposed to call back, didn't. Took truck back in afternoon, old brackets located. Which was completely fine. Communication was what was lacking. Otherwise satisfied.

Service tech should have never let my truck leave without the oem brackets on the bumper. It was questioned with me by the office staff as to the brackets being on my truck when I questioned it. I offered up my photos to prove it. The underlying I had applied prior the collision also showed the brackets had been on my truck. Anyway the old bumper was located at their business and the old brackets were on it and ok. They were put on and I am now satisfied.

Jacob and Matt did a great job at keeping things going keeping me informed. I was very impressed at how nice my vehicle looked afterwards including how clean it was after the work. Thanks for doing such a great job I really liked the outcome.
