I recently had my 2025 Silverado LTZ repaired after a deer caused significant damage down the passenger side, from the fender all the way to the bed. My truck was in the shop for 19 days, and throughout the entire process my service advisor, Courtney, was absolutely outstanding. From day one, Courtney kept me informed with frequent updates and made sure I always knew where things stood. Communication and customer service are extremely important to me, and she exceeded my expectations. She was professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely seemed committed to making sure I was happy with the final result. The paint match on my Radiant Red Tintcoat Silverado turned out perfect, which was one of my biggest concerns. There were a couple minor details with the repair that needed attention, but Courtney immediately stepped in, listened to my concerns, and made every effort to make things right. That level of customer care is what really stood out. Collision repairs are stressful, especially on a newer vehicle you take pride in, but Courtney made the process much easier. She went above and beyond, and her communication and dedication deserve recognition. Thank you, Courtney, for taking such great care of me and my truck!
