My car said ready today and the hood where reported damage wasn’t fixed and the mirror installed had damage on it. I told this to the person and he said they will make it right and to just keep my rental until done. Approximately 2-3 days.

Brad did an excellent job. He explains the whole process. From staying in touch with the insurance company to working with the rental car company. Got me scheduled right away for bringing in my car. The day of drop off. He did a great walk through showing me everything they would repair. After check in , instead of waiting for the rental company to come get me, provided me a ride to them. Almost daily I received updates on the status of my car. When my car was finished called me personally for pickup. Upon arrival Brad took me out to the car with the invoice and showed me everything they did to the car. Explained in detail. Back in side provided me with all the paperwork and explained their warranty process for their work. Caliber did a great job on the car. Looks as if nothing ever happened. I recommend Caliber for your collision service. Outstanding customer service, care and pride for their business. Thank you for taking care of my car.

There was the black sealant/gasket goo stuff all over the car (back window, back seat, front seat as well). The moisture barriers in the doors weren't secured very well at all. Paint looks great. Blending looks great.
