It took 16 days to repair. That wouldn’t have been an issue if I wasn’t promised “tomorrow” 3 times. I had to call to check the status because no one even bothered to inform me of the issues arising. Even though I received texts saying the car was going to be ready. Matthew’s “it is what it is” attitude was extremely off putting.
