Always use Cooks because their service goes above and beyond personnel service. They are locally owed and I support local businesses that are excellent and local. Just put a new door on my car and it was a complete color match. Can’t even tell that it was not the original door. Great work guys.

The youngest front office lady knows what she’s doing. The older ones have no clue. Lost our folder, couldn’t remember our last name (super common), didn’t want to take my deductible payment then, only when I insisted. When I was picking up, same deal. I explained I was there to pick up our car and gave our family name, is that the car you’re dropping off? Nope, that’s the rental. I’m picking up. Once the younger woman took over, smooth sailing
