It was very professional and informative. The initial estimate missed broken parts, but this was taken care of without any issues or inconvenience. I was not aware until the truck was completed and paid for. It was very convenient that you were able to work directly with my insurance company!

They assured me the car would be done on 22 November. It was available to pick up on Wednesday, December 4. They were working with Williams Subaru, and neither of the companies could get their story straight about why my car hadn’t been retrieved from Williams after they had it for a week.

Used substandard parts for replacement, one would think an experienced body shop would get quality used parts but it seems eBay has better used parts than Cooper can get. little or no communication to the customer regarding time lines etc.

Rear door is hard to close at times. Sencor beeped but did not show up on the dash as being ajar. I took it in and you are going to make a note of it. I will monitor it to see if it happens again. Workmanship was great along with paint work!

I learned of Cooper Body Shop from Wayne Williams, founder and owner of Williams Auto World. I have only had what I would call a few minor incidents, but every time I know what to expect when I pick up my automobile. I know it will look like new, and that anything related to the repairs that are hidden, have also been addressed and taken care of. My wife hit a deer with her new BMW about 5 years ago. There was damage to the front, grille, hood, windshield, and roof. We still have the car. The reason I mention this is because the car still looks and drives like new, with no deterioration of the paint, chrome, body panel gaps, or body work 5 years after the restoration by Cooper Body Shop. Cooper is simply the best in the Greater Lansing Market from my and many of our friend's experience that have used Cooper Body Shop.
