There was paint overspray on the door and something on the bumper. When I told Phil about it, he did take care of both issues

I think the communication could have been better. When it was going to take longer than I was told, I should have been informed. I was told it would be done on Oct 8/9, I called on the 9th was told it was still in paint and the guy scheduled to paint was out because his wife had a baby the day before. I understand life happens, just keep me informed! Was told it should be done early the following week. I called on Tuesday and the guy didn’t know and said he would call back, he never did but when I checked my email, he had emailed me that it was still in paint and would hopefully be done by the end of the week and maybe Thursday. I got a call Friday morning saying they were waiting for clips to be delivered that morning and it should be done between 3-5. I called at 345 and was told to e parts didn’t get there till the afternoon and it most likely wouldn’t be done. Then at 455 I got a call saying they sent the wrong part and now it will be 3-5 more days until the correct one gets there. I was also told that I would receive a check for my rental fees and I have yet to receive that
