As an insurance agency owner, Cooper body shop was the last body shop that we regularly referred clients to. We will no longer be referring clients to this body shop as this experience has placed you in the category of all other mediocre body shops.

After several delays and no calls to update me on such delays, I received my vehicle back. My vehicle was going right to the dealership to sell so I drove straight to the dealer. When I got it to check the vehicle over, there were three chips in the paint that was just repaired, specifically the stone guard which is best impossible to chip. Completely dissatisfied with the communication, the timeline, and the quality of the work.
