I was a little skeptical when my insurance company referred me to Cooper. I'd never heard of you. Then I came in for the estimate and met Bruce. He was professional and friendly. The repair job looks great. When I picked up my car I had an issue with the parking brake and another gentleman (sorry I don't remember his name) was helpful in resolving the issue. Thank you to Cooper Body Shop for a pleasant experience.

Car drives great, but knowingly returning a car to a client completely dead without disclosure was pretty crappy.

I waited days for any communication. I had to prompt any communication. I was not called when I was told I would be. They knowingly returned my car to me with a dead battery.

We advised the estimator that the window was not functioning after the accident. They assumed USAA would not cover the repairs and didn't even attempt to have it included in the estimate after USAA verbally approved the repairs to us. When paying, Bruce said "Please don't be declined."when running my debit card number. This was unnecessary and insulting.

We contacted Coopers and was waiting for a call to bring the car in. We did not receive a call back from Coopers on when to bring the car in for inspection. My husband just took the car there and they told him it would be four to five days to complete.

You went beyond to assure it was a perfect job. You took care of insurance talks to cover added costs. We appreciated the progress updates. AND you cleaned the inside so it was like a new van????

Both my husband and I were surprised by the quality of service we received prior to and during the restoration to my car. The car was very nicely repaired and washed and even vacuumed. It looked like brand new. Your facility was clean and modern. Most of all is the people we dealt with have personality plus and pride in their work. Can't find that too many places anymore. It was a ways for us tO drive there bUt we are glad we did.
