I am a very discriminating consumer and customer. I thought Copeland Auto Body Shop was responsive to my needs. It remains to be seen whether I will continue to be satisfied with their work on my vehicle in the future. I will have to see whether the repairs withstand the test of time in terms of how it looks, wears, etc. I like the idea of a lifetime guarantee for the work done and this was the major selling point for me deciding to take my vehicle there. They also advised me on the condition of my tires which was appreciated.

The only reason this is 9 and not 10 is there is condensation inside the left rear taillight. I’m not sure if this can cause problems in the long term or not. Right now it’s not a huge deal but if dirt and water can leak into the area it might be an issue.
