Copeland Collision Center has been serving our customers with high-quality collision repair since 2019, a 2nd location to Copeland Auto Body which has been providing the same collision repair, towing and recovery service since 1994. In addition to complete collision repair, we offer towing and recovery services for small and large vehicles, semi tractor and trailers and farm equipment. My front end was worked on. I drove my car 9 miles and it broke down because I had a tire shred. It couldn’t be visibly seen from the outside of the car but when it was in the lift being worked on, it would have been extremely visible to repair technician. It was very unsafe for me to drive on the tire and could have turned out far worse. I was without my car longer because I had to get all new tires and the car aligned which probably should have been done as well. I greatly appreciated Copeland going above and beyond and cleaning the inside and outside of the car.

Gave a 9 only because I wish I would of been given the option to replace the headlight that was not damaged. Now I have a brand new headlight and the other one looks old. Drives me crazy. All the repair work is superior.
