I would have gone so far as to give them a 12 but alas there was more unknown damage and they had to keep my car past the quoted date. I understood and wanted the job done right but was disappointed a month in the shop wasn't long enough to complete the job. Blake and his Team kept me updated very regularly and when I got my car back it was cleaner on the inside (and outside) than I had left it to them. The whole group of people working at Core Collision near Costco, were friendly and explained things as they went along. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs....my car is now as good as new!

The team did a great job! I know they ran into some unexpected problems that caused them to have to keep my car longer than they wanted to but it was worth it to me. My car looks fantastic, like it had never been in an accident. Thank you very much for your hard work and attention to detail.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I had a great experience with Core Collision in Georgetown. The repair work on my car was done very well, and I’m happy with the overall quality of the service. A special thanks to Blake, who did an excellent job throughout the repair process. He kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. The front desk staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I dropped off my vehicle until pickup. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the interior of my car wasn’t cleaned as thoroughly as I had expected before delivery. It was still a bit dusty, and I think a final interior wipe-down would have made the experience even better. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the repairs and the professionalism of the team. I would definitely recommend Core Collision in Georgetown to anyone looking for quality collision repair and excellent customer service.

It was a pleasure to work with Blake getting my car repaired. Blake kept informed through the entire process. Technicians are really experts at collision repairs. My Buick Encore looks brand new. I'm amazed at how well the extensive repairs were completed. I have been to Core Collision twice and both were positive experiences. I hope for the near future I don't have another accident, if unfortunately it happens then I will be back to Core Collision.
