My car was hit during a funeral. This alone was stressful enough however the insurance co representative made the situation even worse. Kasen helped get the insurance co to do their part as well as keep me updated on all of the car repairs. He was so helpful during a chaotic situation. He was professional and efficient and a fantastic communicator! I appreciate his calm demeanor. He is certainly an asset to Rock Collision and went a long way in restoring my faith in people still having a good work ethic!
